Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to inspect your Carhartt workwear and ensure it meets your professional standards.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Free from any stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Carhartt Underwear (all types)
These items are final sale due to their personal nature, consistent with industry standards for hygiene and safety.
Return & Exchange Process

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.
